Hello Best buy, I have recently purchased an item to be shipped to home and it has been more than 10 days now. Whatever happened to my item?

Using the information in your post I wasn’t able to find your order in our systems. I’d like to see if I can get some more information on the order for you, but in order to do so I’ll need some additional details on that order from you.
