Order Stuck 'In Progress'

I recently ordered an ASUS laptop online, but it's been several hours since I made the purchase and I still haven't received an e-mail regarding whether or not my order has been shipped. When I checked the order details, it says that its status is 'in progress' and am a little worried as to whether or not I will receive it since I was promised that I would receive my order tomorrow (June 15). I am just wondering if there is a problem regarding my order or if I'm being too anxious and impatient.

Welcome to our Best Buy forum community! We're so glad you decided to place your ASUS laptop order with us! As someone who keeps a close eye on my tracking information, I can understand how no updates on the tracking would make you nervous, especially if the packaged is expected to arrive the next day.


Our goal is always to get the package ready for pick-up as soon as possible, but a few hours without updates shouldn't be anything to worry about. That said, I'd be happy to take a peek at your order to see if there's any new info on our end.
