Order Still Says Delayed Even Though I Already Had The Item For Months

It claims that “We're waiting for UPS to provide a new delivery date.” But UPS says it was delivered and I already have the item which was bought in October; can you fix this for me, please?

It’s been like that since I got it! I cannot return it if I need to unless this is fixed!

It still hasn’t changed; is there a way you can do it manually? I have an document that proves it was delivered.

I would like to have this eyesore of an order removed from my history and to add a suggestion that would modify the system so that exceptions to the system limitation can be made in extreme circumstances even if the item cannot be returned anymore ordinarily.

Question

Would the order status of an protected item be altered if it were subject to a Geek Squad servicing? Regardless of how long ago the order was placed? I have a protected TV that is stuck on Delayed as far as shipping is concerned but I already have the TV and has for many months. I want to be proactive. I don’t need it repaired now or anything.
