Order Status

I ordered a CPU online today and they were in stock. Now they’re out of stock but i wanted to get faster shipping. I called customer service to try and get faster service and they say the item is unavailable so i cant change shipping speed now. But when I ordered it it was in stock and my order says “in progress” also i haven’t received an email about my order being delayed. Help would be appreciated

I’d be happy to look into that order to see if I can get you an update on what’s going on. There are a number of reasons why we may not be able to update the shipping, so I’d need to look at it to offer any advice.
