I placed an order in store on July 25, 2019 and it's supposed to be in store for pickup on July 31st. However, it is still in the preparing stage and has not updated to shipping. I'm wondering since the item has since been sold out whether they have an actual product for me or if they are scrambling around to find one. Can someone check the status for me. I went into store and an associate told me he didn't know how to check the status.
