Order Status Stuck on Initiated

I ordered three items together recently which were all supposed to arrive on 1/17. While two of the items arrived on time, the third has been stuck on the "Initiated" status for shipping since 1/16. I would appreciate some help in figuring out why it hasn't shipped and in moving the process along.
