Order Status: In Progress



I have an order that was completed yesterday and as of today it is still in progress and supposedly arriving tomorrow. I have three additional items in the same order that are digital downloads, I have not received an email for those either.


I understand the process of processing can take a while, I'm just making sure my order is not canceled or if there are any other problems with it.


I did receive a call yesterday about an hour after my purchase, a foreign woman called repeatedly about an order I had made and wanted to confirm it. I refused to speak with her as I have been called similarly once before, I did reach out to BBY customer service via phone and the rep assured me that it was fraud.

Update: My order was canceled due to "Unverifiable Information". So that call I got yesterday, was it legit or not? I was told that it wasn't when I called the 1800 number. I did verify the purchase with the code supplied in the email before it let me purchase the items.

The longer they keep you on the hook, the less likely you are to do anything about getting your money back. It's a solid tactic, if not entirely unethical. They'll give you basically non-information until you give up.
