Order {Removed Per Forum Guidelines}

I returned the keyboard and the pen.  It was returned with the UPS label provided by BestBuy.

The tracking number is {removed per forum guidelines}

It was received by BestBuy on 10/13/21 @ 10 AM in Shepherdsville, KY.

However, on the website when i look at the order, it says that it is still waiting for the order and that it should be with FEDEX.  I don't get it.

The item has been returned by me and received by you.  The web should show that it has been received.  I never received an acknowledgement that it was received by you.

Your help please.

Welcome back to our forums!  I know whenever I return my purchases, I want to make sure my funds are available to me as soon as possible, so I completely understand why you’d want to make sure there wasn’t any issue with the delivery of the keyboard and pen you’ve shipped back to us.  Lucky for you, you’ve found our Support Forums, and are definitely in the right place for help!


As outlined in the terms of our Return & Exchange Promise, orders that are returned to us by mail will typically be processed within 7-10 business days.  It sounds like your order was returned to us earlier this week, so it’s not uncommon for the return to not have been processed at this time.  That said, if after 10 business days, you’ve not received your refund, I’ll be happy to take a closer look into your order, and offer any additional assistance I can at that time. 


For me to do so, I’d just need you to send me a private message with:


  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your order number


As you can imagine, this information I’ll need is sensitive, so we’ll want to keep it out of the public view of our forums, so if you’ve not received your refund after 10 business days, please utilize the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to get this sent my way.  If you’re accessing our site on a mobile device, you may need to switch to “Full” or “Desktop” view before this button is visible to you.
