I ordered a television on Monday and had it shipped to the store. It arrived at the store and I canceled the order. I recieved and email showing the order was cancelled and my Bestbuy account shows cancelled; however, today, the payment posted to my credit card.
Is the credit card billed when it arrives to the the store, or at customer pick up?
And If its billed, but cancelled before I picked it up will it be refunded?
Any help would be appreciated,

I am not really sure how this works.... But typically for store pickup orders your card has an authorization and if you don't pick it up the authorization drops off. The only way something would post to your account is if you picked it up. If you got a charge that day for an item perhaps today it's refunded but not a guarantee. Hopefully a mod can figure this out.

Typically we do not charge on an order until it is either delivered or picked up in store. The charges you see are usually not charges, but holds on the funds.
