I have a specific question about a pick-up in store order placed on 6/21. Is there anyone from the Best Buy team I can private message with the details for assistance?
Additional feedback: I was disconnected from Best Buy chat no less than 5 times, and the hold time on the 1-888 number is currently over an hour. It would be very helpful if there was a Customer Service email address, rather than having to create an account to post a question on a public forum. In looking through posts from other customers, I see others have made a similar suggestion/have had a similar experience...
