Order Never Delivered

I placed an order for two video games and it said they would be delivered on Friday Nov. 5th. They were not delivered then despite it supposedly being guaranteed. Instead a delivery attempt was made by a Best Buy driver on Saturday, but the address for the order is a business location and thus is closed on the weekend. As such, instead of simply trying to deliver again the next business day as is normal and what any legitimate courier does, your driver took it upon themselves to consider the order undeliverable and mark it as a return and sent it back to the warehouse. I was at no time informed or consulted on any of this. Now I am missing both my order and my payment which included gift cards and a reward coupon and I am very very unhappy about it. To make it even worse, this is the second time Best Buy has pulled this stunt with using their own drivers who dont' actually delivered the items.

Welcome back to our forums.  From what you’ve described, this would be an understandably disappointing experience, and I regret to hear this isn’t the first time you’ve had such issues with your online orders with us.
