Hi I recently got an email that my Mario Odyssey edition Switch(that was originally supposed to be delivered tomorrow) got delayed by a month:
"Please be assured we'll continue to work on this order, and once the item(s) become available we will let you know. If we are not able to complete your order by November 26, 2017, we will notify you and cancel the item(s). "
To top it off I am unable to cancel the order yet I see the item available for free 2 day shipping on the site still. Can someone let me know what the deal is or at least cancel the order so I can re-order it without the hassle of potentially having to return the item?

Using the email address associated with your Forum account I was able to find your order. I also see that you contacted out 1-888-BEST-BUY support line to get some assistance. Due to the very high demand for Mario Odyssey there have been some shipping delays. You should receive your order no later than November 1st. I sincerely apologize that you will not receive your pre-order when you expected it.
