I ordered Animal Crossing on March 20, and paid for the same day shipping. I never got any tracking info, and then got an update that the order was delayed. However, the order page on my BestBuy account still sais the estimated delivery day is March 20.
I'm not worried that it didn't come same day, that isn't really an issue, the issue is that now the order is in limbo, with no tracking information, and an estimated delivery day from last week, so I have no idea whether the order is actually being fulfilled or not, and it won't allow me to cancel the order. I just want to know that my game is on its way!
