I ordered a laptop from Best Buy.com and my card was charged originally. Then Best Buy cancelled by order and refunded my payment. That was fine with me, I saw the refund in my account and thought nothing else of it. Checked my spam folder today and I received an email saying that the laptop was delivered by FedEx, however there's nothing at my door and I definitely did not sign for any packages. I checked with neighbors and none of them received my package. Also checked my card statement and there's now another charge posted to my account. Please help. I'm being charged for something that was supposedly cancelled and refunded but then "shipped" but I never received.
