Hello, I've made a purchase during the Fourth of July sale using a few physical bestbuy gift cards and a digital bestbuy giftcard, but the order got automatically canceled and the funds were withdrawn anyways. The physical cards have been refunded within 30 minutes, but the E-gift card has not been refunded and the cancelation occurred back in July 3rd. Not only did I missed out on the sale, but I have been waiting for the funds to buy the product. Ive made quite a fair amount of calls to support but all they said was to wait. I would appreciate some assistance with this issue!
