Hi, my orders were being cancelled "due to problems with my payment information"; however, knowing my paypal address is fine and upon several discussions with CSR's I am finding that it is perhaps my address that has been flagged and banned by your compliance department, one CSR asked if I were a "re-saler". One rep said that they would escalate the situation however I have not heard back from anyone. I would much rather be able to order online than have to go into the physical store and fight crowds and wait on lines; so if someone out there can please help me out I would appreciate the assistance!

I'm sorry to hear about this, as I am definitely a big online shopper and prefer that to visiting retail locations, myself. I'd love to take a look into this more.
