Order Cancellation without reason

So I ordered two new Samsung phones through best buy for my Verizon account. I purchased the phones online and everything seemed fine. However, a few hours later I got an email saying the order was cancelled by Best buy for no apparent reason. But since Verizon thinks I bought them, their records indicate that I have upgraded the phones when I haven't and won't be receiving the new phones, which means I can't simply buy the phones again (I can't upgrade a phone that has just been upgraded).
Can this be fixed quickly? I purchased the phones because they were on sale. I've heard about Best Buy randomly cancelling orders, but this is ridiculous. Now it's affecting my ability to purchase any new phone because Verizon thinks I'm getting the new phones from Best Buy.
