I purchased the Ring 9 piece Alarm set as well as a number of other items during the recent cyber Monday sales. Conveniently after the sale ended my order was for only the Ring Alarm was canceled by Best Buy. All other items were shipped. I go to the site and the item is still available, except its full price now. I called the Elite support line and spoke with someone who confirmed it was a glitch and that he would transfer me to the department to repurchase at the sale price. When I was transfered there they said they can't do that and checked with their DM and said the same thing. Sale price was $195, current price is $300.
I'm really disappointed in the outcome of this. Best Buy messed up and should rectify the issue.
