All of a sudden I can no longer place orders online. The order goes through, and then a few minutes later I receive an email stating:
Unfortunately, we were unable to verify your information, so we canceled item(s) from your order.
I have tried both the personal credit card that I always use for my Best Buy orders, as well as my actual Best Buy Visa card. I called (888) BESTBUY and was told to either call my bank or go into a store to make a purchase... I called my bank and they said that they saw all the charges, and approved them all, then the merchant (Best Buy) reversed it after the fact. I have verified all my shipping and billing information with both the orders I placed, and my bank, and everything matched.
Please assist. I place a lot of orders through the website, it will be an extreme inconvience to have to start going into the store every time I need to order something.

Orders like this could be cancelled for a range of reasons, so I’d like to take a look into your specific order to see if I can offer any information on what may be causing this.
