Hello, this is not the first time I buy at Best Buy.
I always use the billing address that Best Buy recommends when the customer does not have a billing address in the US.
In the many purchases I've made, I never had a problem. I do not know if a policy has changed, but why do you first make the payment and then verify my information? I need help, to re-place my order.

I apologize for any inconvenience caused by the cancellation of your order. Orders placed using a credit card or debit card will not typically charge until the order has been shipped or it is ready for pickup. Best Buy will, however, send an authorization to the card on file. This authorization acts as a sort of digital check into the account to ensure that a charge would be able to be collected, should the order be fulfilled. If your order has been cancelled, any authorizations or charges to the card on file should automatically be reversed, however, it may take your banks some time to release any authorizations or process any returns that are due.
I would recommend trying to replace the order, making sure that the name that appears in the billing section of your order matches what is on file for the payment method being used, and that it is set for store pickup or shipping to a home address in the United States. I placed the order again, and I have to specify that my order is a digital product, so in the payment process there is no need for a shipping address, just my email.
I need help to find out why my order is canceled each time, this is the first time I have a problem with an order.

To my understanding, digital products are not available for international purchases. Additionally, all orders do need to have a U.S. shipping address or be made for pickup at a Best Buy store.
