I ordered an Apple Watch on BestBuy under a deal. The order was being delivered by UPS.
The packaged was delivered and today when I open it- Its EMPTY. This has never happened to me ever. I have used BB since college.
On closer inspection its clear that the packaged was tamped and has been resealed.
I reached out to customer support and they tell me I need to wait. This will be handled by back office.There is no certainity that they will give my money back or replace the order.
I did some search and looks like this is very common and often BB comes back saying there isnt anything they can do.
What do I do? I dont want to pay $359 for an empty box. Its a big amount for me. Any help is appreciated?
