I bought an open box laptop listed as satisfactory which according to Best Buy definition means it's not missing any important items.  This laptop is missing the multi port usb adapter which is needed to connect older usb type A devices among other things.  This is an important item.  I'm happy with the laptop otherwise but it should have been listed as open box fair condtion at a lower price.  I'd like the difference between satisfactory and fair refunded.
