I ordered a tablet as open box excellent to save money (New went on sale a week later so I saved nothing and got a hassle) and the tablet that arrived with torn seals and a completely different tablet with a cracked screen.
What can I do? Can I get a refund or the correct item? For black friday the same tablet was selling bbrand new for $30 less.

I was recommended to do a return which I did, a refund did not come for nearly 2 months and instead, bestbuy canceled the return for the wrong item they sent me with an arbitrary reason.
Beware of bestbuy.com purchases, go in person! or heck, avoid bestbuy if possible.
