I placed an order on April 11th for an Open Box Dell Laptop which showed a delivery date of April 14th. I have called into cusotmer support at least six times they are not able ot provide me with any updates as to why my order still hasn't shipped. The only thing they give me is a new delviery date which keeps being missed. They have provided me a tracking number which shows the following on UPS' site
UPS could not locate the shipment details for this tracking number. Details are only available for shipments made within the last 120 days. Please verify your information.
What does it take to get someone at Best Buy to actually determine what is causing the issue on the product to not be shipped? I've been placed on hold for a "supervisor" twice today to be disconnected after tweny five minutes each time. Any asssitance on getting to the root cause of the issue would be appreciated
