After having been an Amazon customer for long, this is the first time ever that I trued buying an item online thriough BestBuy and it has been the worst experience ever. I am never buying from here again.
I bought a Roomba 2 weeks ago and it was supposed to be delieverd on the 29th of Nov. The On trac site says 'Redeliver on next business day'. After leaving atleast 5 messages on their customer care number, website and calling best buy a dozen times and being put on infinite hold times, I have given up. All I want to do is just return the product now and never buy from Best Buy again.
This message is my last attempt at getting a resolution. I have honestly given up hearing back.
