I bought a 10dollar plan for my T mobile sim,I only received a notification email but never the pin to load my service plan,i am not happy as client that pay for a product means I need to get what in pay for.

I am a little confused here but found part of my curiosity on the T Mobile plans......

Looked online and notice T Mobile has a $10 refill card. 

I'm wondering, what plan are you trying to use with that refill card?

It have 14days left in the country ,so that's why I took the 10dollar service just to keep my phone active to use for Uber and emergency.
It say 1gig of data with the plan.

Oh OK. Also Simple Mobile is T Mobile Based, you get unlimited talk and text plus 2GB High speed data before it slows down to 2g speeds for $25. It can be used in many latin countries and also Mexico.
