Online sales keeps debiting my account for goods I returned

On May 30th 2021 I purchased a TV online to pick up in store when I got to the store 40 min later I realized it was a display/floor model so I went straight to customer service and returned the item. Never took it out of the store. I was charged $649.05 on 5/30/21 on 6/1/21 it was refunded to my account on 6/1/21 it was debited again from my account. On 6/3/21 it was once again refunded. Then 20 days later on 6/23/21 it was yet again debited from my checking account which left me $-492.00 in my checking and bills due I’ve now had to pay the bank that money and it’s 7/1/21 and I still don’t have a refund and I’m out $492.00 on top of the $649.05 I WILL NEVER PURCHASE 1 thing from Best Buy. My rent is due today and I don’t have it so I’ll now be charged late fees on top of everything else that I don’t have and if that money isn’t in my account by end of business today the problems will just much bigger for Best Buy!!
