Online purchase dissapointment

I bought an iwatch 4 GPS+cell and decided to go with an open box excellent condition one because I trust in Best Buy. It was also about $40 cheaper. So I thought it would be a great deal. I got the in store option because it had it in a town close by 25 minutes from my house. I never received a confirmation email of my purchase or when I could pick it up. So I called last night and they told me they had it ready for me. When I went to get it today. They were giving me one that was scratched up and was not in excellent condition. They called the manager and looked for another 20 minutes for another one and could not find it. Then she says we only have these or a new one. We can’t do anything else. Terrible customer experience! Never buying from Best Buy again. Would rather go with Walmart.

I can understand how it would be exciting to get a new Apple Watch at a great price, such as with an Open Box discount. I apologize that the Open Box model did not meet your expectations of being in excellent condition. We appreciate the feedback.
