Online purchase can’t be made

Can anyone please tell me how to fix my account? Customer service said that my account has been restricted to in store purchases only.

We appreciate you connecting with us on our forums! I do wish it was under better circumstances, however. We know how important it is that you are able to purchase the products you want, in the manner you want. For those reasons, if we do restrict an account to in-store purchases only, it is not a decision we make lightly. 

 

We would need to look closer at your account to see if it has been blocked from making purchases on BestBuy.com. For us to verify this, please feel free to send us a Private Message.
