Online orders shipped to residential address all got cancelled

Starting 2019, all my online orders shipped to my residential address got cancelled. I first submitted a case on January 26, and that case was closed mid February without notifiying me. 

 

Now I have this case ID {Removed per forum guidelines} subtmitted on February 10, I have not got any update until now. I called the customer service quite a few times. All I was told is just waiting. I understand that the specialists I spoke with can not offer me much help, but shouldn't Bestbuy has a resolution by now ? Today is March 8, almost a month since I submitted the case. 

 

And I am pretty sure there are no problems with my credit card.

 

Two proofs: I called bank and asked if there are any problems. The answer is no.

 

                   And when I placed the order choosing store pick up or purchasing digital products delivered to my email                         address. They all went through. 

 

Plus, I have been using the same credit card since the first time I purchased from bestbuy since October 2017. I do not get why suddenly in 2019 my address is blocked ?

 

I still have the gamers club unlocked membership. That makes my main purchases from bestbuy are video games or something related. The nearest bestbuy store is like 25-30 miles away from me. And I only purchased one or two games a time depending whether I want to pre order or there is a good deal, I do not buy a bunch of them a time.

Value of the purchase does not justify the costs and time spent going to the store.

 

Now I want to pre order the Fire emblem special edition but the order got cancelled again. This kind of limited edition games does not have that large quanity of supply, I want to pre order to secure my copy. That is the reason why I want a resolution soon.

Welcome to the forums! I hope your Weekend is off to a great start. 

 

Having an order cancelled can be a bit annoying. That's especially the case when you're unsure of the reason. I'd be happy to look into this and see what type of insight I can offer.
