I've seen a few of these posts around and seems like usually they're resolved via PM so hopefully this will also be the case
A week ago my Bestbuy.com account was compromised and someone placed a few shipping orders and a store pickup order - I quickly canceled those items and changed my bestbuy.com password. My bank's fraud deparment also contacted me and I let them know what was up and they decided to cancel my card as well just in case.
Now, everytime I try and place a bestbuy.com order, it goes through and then is immediately canceled. I've tried a credit card, paypal, as well as another debit card (all of these are in some way tied to my same bank). I've called bestbuy customer service twice with no resolution and I called my banks fraud department today just to make sure they weren't blocking anything and everything related to bestbuy and they said everything should be fine with the exception of my original canceled debit card of course.
So here I am! Any help/info would be greatly appreciated - I really want to buy a particular camera that currently has an "open box excellent" available!

Thanks for joining us at the Best Buy Community forums. I’m sorry to hear about that fraudulent order. Those are always scary.
I’d be happy to look into this for you to see if we’re able to do anything about those cancellations. Please get back to me with your name, email address, phone number, and most recently cancelled order number. You can send that to me through a private message, by using the link in my signature below this post.
