Online orders getting cancelled

I have been trying to place an order for a cpl weeks now, and everytime i get one ordered I'll get a confirmation email then like a minute later I yet another email saying that my order was canceled. I don't know what's going on I have contacted customer service and the first time they said somebody would call me from their special unit within 24 to 48 hours. Still haven't heard from them. I am called this place customer service a few times and all they do is transfor me to somebody else. then I have to explain  my whole story all over again. It's a big headache and runaround, yet nobody still knows nothing. They all say give them 48 hours to hear a response. It's been longer than that and nobody has reached out to me at all. I don't no what else to do.

When placing the order have you made sure your billing information and address are 100% without abbreviations and so forth? Something small may cause this to happen so make sure you're entering it right.

 

Also make sure you are putting in the right card number too, that includes the three digits on the back as well.

Yeah we have tried all of that. Made sure everything was exactly the same. I even tried paying with a best buy giftcard. It still got cancelled.
