I placed an order online for two items to be mailed to the same address. Both items show online that they were shipped. One item was delivered, but reads that it’s still in transit. The other item shows it was “delivered”, but it never arrived. The location of the missing item that reads “delivered” shows that it arrived where it departed from. Just need someone to contact me to help explain a way ahead to try and fulfill my order.
I cannot call customer service from where I’m at and the online chat service reads “unavailable”. Can someone please contact me via email to help fulfill my order.

Welcome to the forums and thanks for reaching out! Having dealt with a similar issue recently, I know missing packages are no fun. I’d be happy to take a look and see what we can do.

• Phone number
• Order number
• Item missing
