Online order returned but no refund for 30 days

I have an order:

 

{removed per forum guidelines}

 

This was returned to UPS on 5-5-21.  They have lost the package.  I contacted BB on 5-19-21 and was told a refund was in process because UPS lost the package.  I have probably called 15 times or more since then and have not received any updates at all.  I need this item refunded as it has been 30 days now since it was returned please let me know what you can be done about this?  I have over 15 Reference ID numbers from the calls I have made and the chats I have done.  I can provide all these if needed.
