Online order received, status is still "shipment delayed"

So this isn't a big deal but I figured I'd ask to see if I could get it cleared up. I preordered a video game back in June 2017, and it shipped in October of that year. I think the delivery may have been delayed a day or two due to bad weather, but I received the package just fine. But for some reason, never got the memo that the order was delivered. So for the last year and a half I've had this order sitting in my purchase history with a satus of "shipment delayed" and no way to cancel it or let Best Buy know I received it. I just want to clear it off my purchase queue for good. The order number is {removed per forum guidelines}. Thanks.

Welcome to our forums!  We always want to make sure the information listed in our customer’s purchase history is completely accurate, so I completely understand wanting to make sure the game you ordered and received from us back in 2017 is accurately presented as such in your account’s history.


Please know this is a known issue we’ve been made aware of from other customers as well.  While we don’t have an ETA as to when the issue will be resolved, we’re currently working to get this resolved as soon as possible.  Going forward, I recommend keeping an eye on your purchase history on your account, and I’m optimistic your order’s status will be updated.
