Hello, I placed an online order today for the Aquaman steelbook. I see a pending charge and I used a reward certificate but the order is not in my history and I never received a confirmation email. Is there a problem with the website at the moment?

I apologize for any confusion in regards to your order. With how hot of a title Aqua Man has been, I can understand wanting to make sure your order went through. If an order is successfully processed, you should reach an order confirmation screen after check-out which should contain your order number. We would also usually send an order confirmation email. It's a little strange that you didn't receive one! I would be happy to see if the order fully processed through.
