Online order keeps getting canceled

Everything matches, no information has changed. 

Contacted chat support months ago and they had "specialist" look into it. 

I was told to make a new account and try again and still order gets canceled, even tried different payment methods, IPs, and checking out as a Guest.

Every order I place online gets canceled, its very frustrating when I want to place my order....

Still nothing, day 4 on the forum. Been about a year with no help from Best Buy chat 'specialists'

After contacting support I was told to make a new account so my other email is {removed per forum guidelines}
