Online order hasn't been processed after 12 hours

The online order I placed for a Nintendo eshop digital card has been "received" and is seemingly stalled there for some reason. Online chat told me to "wait longer" but the order hasn't even processed yet. Considering digital purchases are generally delivered within the hour, it seems like something is wrong.

Welcome back to our community forums. I use quite a bit of digital cards for my gaming purchases and 12 hours does seem like a long time to process.
