Online order for store pick up delayed

Can’t get any help with an order that was for in-store pickup. The order was placed on 12/11 and was supposed to be ready on 12/15. On 12/15 at 6:45 I got an email saying it was delayed. On 12/18 I called the 1-888 number and no help, called the store and they can’t tell where it is other than it is supposed to be coming from another store. It is now 12/21 and still no updates. Absolutely the worst customer service ever.
