I ordered a $3,000 TV online to be picked up in store because I didn't want it shipped to my home. I ordered it to be sent to a certain store because online it read "Pickup ready by Sunday, July 28th" at that store location, mostly for convience of weekend pick. Well I never recieved any form of update on my order, and after finally reaching someone at that store they said it was there and didn't know when it would come. The order is now delayed with no real way of knowing how long it will be. Can I get some kind of update as to when to expect it to arrive at the store?
