Oh November 21, 2020 I placed an online order for TLC television and an Apple Watch, the Apple Watch must have been on back order. I received the Tv, rather quiick. They charged the card I was using only for the tv at that time. Then when the Watch was ready to be sent, the put a authorization hold on my card for 3 times the price if the watch, and my card was declined. Interested see the Affirm program, and the only funds that was on the card was my total from both items. So why did you just charge the card for the amount t of what was owed instead 3 times the amount.

Welcome to our community! While I do wish that your joining were under different circumstances, I can understand wanting to learn more about the collection process. I hope to be able to shed some light on our authorization process and how it usually reflects within your account.
An authorization hold will be placed on your credit or debit card when you place an order. An initial authorization is done at time of purchase and is removed and releases the authorization after a few days. Best Buy will then re-authorize that amount 5 days prior to release date. Your account will not actually be billed until your order is shipped, delivered or picked up at the store.
