I placed an order online and still have not received a confirmation email of my order. I also registered to a new account after placing the order, but could not log in. Therefore I created an account with the same email that should have been the one I registered with, upon completion of my order.
I am wanting to simply check the status of my order, but I am unable to since I did not note the order # down when the transaction was complete. Will anyone be able to help me with this?

This is a bit odd, kyla123. Let’s try to log out of the forum, clearing your browser cache/history, log back into the forum, and then try to send a new message. Let me know if this works.
