Online order cancelled - in stock?



I have had a few orders canceled stating the item is no longer available. However, when I return to the item, it displays available for shipping, I proceed to check out and 1 hour or less, received updates indicating canceled. This happened 3 times for the same item. 


How can you confirm if it's available or not so that I can purchase the item?
