I made an online order for this geek squad service :
I realized i made a wrong order. I called the customer service and i was told i need to go to local store. The next morning I went to the local store and staff there told me I need to cancel this over the phone as it's still within 24 hours and it's not showing up in the system.
I waited for 24 hours and I called again the next morning, my call was transferred from billing department to geek squad service, then to order department, and then to digital download department and then transferred back to order department and again to geek squad service department. It went back and forth and I talked to 10 people from best buy and still nobody knows which is the right department for cancelling this.
Posting this here and if anybody met this before, please let me know.
