I am going to purchase a laptop, however, I am not sure if they have that specific model abailable when I go to the store. So I want to order through the website and let them ship to the store so that I can pick up when I go. But I don't want to pay through the website when I order, I want to pay cash at the time I pick up in store. Is anyone know if it can be possible? Thanks.

When making a purchase on BestBuy.com we are only able to receive payment through the website. We can typically help you create an order in our store locations and process your payment through our register. Please let me know if you have any other questions I can help with!

So I guess can I call the store to tell them to have it ready, and I will go pick up and pay when they have the product available in store? Or do you have other ways to achieve this?

Our stores do not hold products without payment. If you wish to reserve a product ahead of time, you would need to create a Store Pickup order either on BestBuy.com or over the phone with 1-888-BEST-BUY. Our stores should be able to help you place an order over the phone as well, but they can only accept a credit or debit card as payment. I realize you wish to pay with cash; however, we cannot hold a product if it has not yet been paid for.
I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but I hope this clarifies your experience.
