I know I am not the only person who has experienced this. I have tried to order a big screen 70 inch tv with three (3) different credit cards including my own Best Buy credit card. Each time I order online, within 5 minutes the order is cancelled. As a last resort, I went into a physical store and ordered the TV along with a delivery date. Ordered using Best Buy credit card. I get home and after an hour, I received an order cancellation. Called BBY customer service twice and they have no explanation. They believe it is a system issue that is doing this. Can you help me?
