Online order automatically canceled

I have been trying to place orders online for the last week and they are all cancelled with the same message saying “Best Buy Order Status: ORDER CANCELED. We couldn't verify your info, so we canceled order {Removed per forum guidelines}. Questions? Call 1-888-237-8289”. I have called customer service and they can’t tell me why this is happening. What can I do to resolve this?
