To whom it may concern,
I am trying to to buy 2 iTunes gift cards for today's online only Easter sale. The order will begin processing, but immediately cancel. Calling customer service was an experience in phone transfer tag. I also called my bank to confirm there were no issues their side (there weren't).
Can anyone assist?

I am also experiecing the same issue and for quite some time now. My shipping/payment information are all correct and CC authorizations are fine, but Best Buy Online keeps cancelling these types of orders immediately.
Phone support does not help either since they just either transfer you constantly or try to place the order for you which gets auto-cancelled as well.
