Online digital order

I ordered a prepaid phone card refill on Monday 4/27. I was told I would get an email with the pin code within 30 minutes. Here it is Thursday and I've yet to get the email. I've checked all folders in my email, made sure they have the correct email address and even added best buy to my contacts. I've called multiple times and tried the chat online too. They have tried to resend the email but I'm not getting it. I can't get a refund because it was sent and when they tried to send it to a different email address the servers are always down. I'm getting nowhere with customer service other than one telling me to go to higher ups for help. As a best buy employee I now understand others frustration with dealing with customer service. All I want is what I paid for.

If you’ve still not received the digital code you’ve been looking for, I’ll need a few pieces of additional information from you before I’m able to review your order further.  If you could use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to send me:

 

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your order number

 

This should be enough information for me to begin my research.  As mentioned, be sure to use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature, and if you’re accessing our site on a mobile device, you may need to switch to “Full” or “Desktop” view before this button is visible to you.
