Online charge

Just had a 655.48 charge on my account from Best Buy 0994 that I did NOT order. After looking, I found this has happened to MANY others as well. I’ve reported it to my bank ,( which informed me BB was the worst for online fraud) and  was told it may take up to 10 days to get resolved. I’ve also contacted Best Buy in hopes of canceling this before it could be delivered to the crook that ordered it. Obviously, this company NEEDS to improve their online security for orders! I was going to buy a new TV, but will purchase elsewhere now. So Buyer Beware and check your online banking for this!
